Shipping Methods

Big Minds Happy Hearts ships all US orders via USPS. The following rates apply to all shipping within the United States. 

Ground                 $5 flat rate

2nd Day              $21 flat rate

Overnight           $34 flat rate

Worldwide shipping is available, please contact us for rates. 

Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed. If you have any questions regarding your order and shipping status, please contact us. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by our team.

Return Policy

Big Minds Happy Hearts offers returns up to 15 days after the original ship date.

To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • If you find a product to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to return the defective item in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return.

  • If 15 days have passed from the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Items that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my order ship?

As soon as you make your purchase we will begin to process your order. Most products ship the following day from purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and status of your order. 

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it or exchange for another item?

Big Minds Happy Hearts offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original ship date. Products must not be damaged in any way.  Please contact us for assistance. 

Where do the products ship from?

All our pieces ship from Miami, FL USA. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! A flat rate of USD$50 applies.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 30 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.
